Buffet (choice of 3 mains)

  • Apple smoked bacon and grilled Portuguese sausage
  • Scrambled eggs, garlic chives
  • Thick cut Portuguese sweet bread French toast
  • Kona Coffee crusted pork tenderloin, spiced Maui gold pineapple chutney
  • Traditional Eggs benedict, zesty house made hollandaise, toasted baguette
  • Fresh dill cheddar biscuits, Portuguese sausage white country gravy
  • Crab cake benedict, yuzu hollandaise, Chinese parsley (add $7pp)
  • Grilled Kauai Ranch beef, veal demi (add $7pp)

Accompaniments (choice of 3)

  • Fresh fruit platter – tropical Maui fruit, fresh melon, upcountry berries
  • Roasted red bliss potatoes, tossed with chimichurri or Japanese sticky rice
  • Tropical bread loaf
  • Local green salad, miso ginger vinaigrette
  • Bagel and lox, local tomato, Spanish onion capers, cream cheese (ADD $7pp)

Pancake station **requires chef fee of $150**

  • House made buttermilk pancake batter
  • Pancake ingredients: Banana, macadamia nuts, Kula strawberries, toasted coconut, Maui gold pineapple, fresh blueberries, chocolate chips
  • Coconut and real maple syrup

Omelette and egg station  **requires chef fee of $150**

  • Local eggs
  • Canadian ham, sausage or bacon
  • Local spinach, mushrooms, peppers, tomato, onion, zucchini
  • Cheddar, pepper jack, feta

Beverage Station

  • Fresh Ground Maui Oma coffee (includes- disposable cups, stir straws, milk, cream, sugar and sugar substitutes)
  • Valencia squeezed orange juice
  • Oj for mimosas **champagne not included
  • Bloody Mary mix, olives, celery **alcohol not included**
